Mali started racing at just 8 years old, behind the wheel of a jr. dragster and her passion for racing only grew stronger. She eventually moved on to bracket racing as an adult but was still dreaming of the day when she would have her shot at driving a funny car. Watching her grandpa Dale pilot a funny car for the first 20 years of her life, she knew it was something she wanted to do someday. That day finally came in 2018 when Mali began licensing in her Nova and has been running with the BB/FC Association since finishing licensing in 2018! "I still can't believe I checked off my #1 bucket list goal, it is literally a dream come true and I can't thank my grandpa Dale enough for everything he has done to help make this all happen. I can't thank my husband Josh, daughters Ricki & Brook, my parents, siblings, grandparents (literally my whole family) enough for always supporting me, showing up to every race and helping in any way they can. I couldn't do it without you all, nor would I want to! Thank you to the fans for continuing to show up and support us, it means everything to me! If you see me at the track, come say hi. I love to interact with the fans!"

40 years racing experience
As one of the original founding members of the Northwest BB/FC Association, Royce Taylor works hard at making sure the Double B stays active in the drag racing world. Not only does he have two cars racing under the Royce Taylor Racing banner, he takes responsibility for organizing the racing that happens at each Double B event and keeps track of all the E.T.’s, quickest reaction times, round wins and points accrued for the association.
Starting back in 1978 with his street car-the one he uses as his tow vehicle today- he’s no stranger to racing. Today he’s running a 1972 Mach 1 Mustang funny car with a 526 ci Brad Anderson Hemi under the flopper. With 40 years of experience racing, he is a force to be reckoned with and his sponsors: Syngenta Seed Care, Pro Muffler and Brake, and Jones Truck and Implement company help keep him on the track. When he’s not racing, Royce likes to go boating, hang out with his grandkids or work on his farm.
Royce is a grassroots drag racer, winning the alcohol funny car championship in 2003. Today, he is the 2018 Northwest BB/FC Champion ~ Congratulations Royce! It takes much hard work and dedication to achieve the top spot.

Tom started racing 12 years ago after an explosion at his custom meat shop, burning up 27% of his body, reminding him that a man ought to have a little fun before he dies. Knowing nothing about the drag racing world, he set out, with the help of a few buddies, to build his first car, a Model T Altered. After a few years of learning the ins and outs of the track, he purchased a Tom Yancer Dragster participating in super pro & super quick bracket racing. Although he really enjoyed bracket racing there’s been nothing like the thrill of taking the seat in a nostalgic alcohol funny car. The speed and adrenaline is off the charts and being part of “the big show” and getting to meet all the like-minded fans has been a rush I look forward to. One of Tom’s favorite memories from the track is when they were celebrating in the pits, Royce Taylor discovered that the days I made the most mistakes I was wearing one of the white team shirts, so he tossed the white shirt into the fire pit and stated “now we’re done.” When Tom isn’t at the track he enjoys spending time with his children & grandchildren and riding ATVs through the desert.

I started racing high school drags at Firebird Raceway in Boise, ID in 1980 with some help from Bruce Skaug coaching service. One of my earliest accomplishments was winning what they called at the time AHRA World Finals in Spokane, WA. I didn’t think too much about it until I got a check for $2,500 plus a plaque, a trophy, and a jacket proclaiming that I was the 1999 World Champion. This set the hook for the future when I stepped up to Blown Alcohol class shortly thereafter. I don’t like to get too excited but I would have to say winning the Wally last year at Mission, B.C. Canada was pretty cool and just put the icing on the cake. I am a founding member of the NW BB/FC, which started with a couple of phone calls from some friends and all were willing to gamble to purchase nostalgia bodies for our chassis and form our own association. To our potential sponsors, the NW BB/FC offers the greatest bang of entertainment for the buck around, for we base our marketing theory around “THE SHOW” and what the fans want and deserve. I would like to thank the thousands of loyal fans that plan their weekends or vacations around the NW BB/FC appearances. I am really surprised at the amount of them. I would also like to thank my sponsors Bonifante Friction, Arias Pistons, and Venolia rods for their assistance.
Outside of racing I play in a band that plays mostly classic rock at a couple of venues per year. My wife, Luanne has several horses that we like to ride when we can and we love going to our house at the ocean as well.
Owner/Driver: Don Harter
It's been a family affair with the Harters since 1994, starting with a left seat 27T Roadster running in the 9s. In 1999, we stepped up to a blown alcohol 23T Roadster that ran in the mid 6s. In 2005, we added a funny car as our second car, then in 2009, we changed over to two Nostalgia Alcohol Funny Cars to compete in the newly formed Northwest BB Funny Car Association. Our 1978 Corvette is an original Steve McCracken body, believed to be the first one made. We’ve been told that only one was made with molded tail lights. Under the fiberglass, we’ve got a 511 c.i. TFX with BAE heads, 1471 High Helix Supercharger, 16 gpm fuel pump, and a 3 speed Lenco transmission, making about 2000 to 2500 horsepower! With three generations of Harters at the races along with longtime friends and crew members, We wouldn't be able to do this type of racing if it wasn't for our friends and family that help us out. If we’re not having fun, we don't want to do it. And a very special thanks to our FANS, without you, we wouldn't have a place to race.

Jurgen started running drag boats in 2000 with the Columbia Drag Boat Association. In 2017 he purchased and drove a dragster in the super pro class. He started running with the nostalgia funny car class in 2018 when he purchased his funny car. His favorite memory almost turned into his worst memory, when getting licensed on his very first ful pass the throttle stuck and he was barely able to get it stopped before the end of the track. When he isn’t at the track he enjoys hanging out at the lake.

Brent caught the racing bug at an early age, following in his father Doug’s footsteps. He started out drag boat racing in 1988 and switched to racing cars after travelling to Gainseville, FL to attend Frank Hawley’s Drag Racing School in 1991. Over the years he has driven his Blown Alcohol Hydro, Funny cars, Blown Altereds and Dragsters. Brent's highlights for himself and his team were the winners of the 4th Annual Night of Fire in Woodburn Oregon and then winning his first Wally at the NHRA Northwest National Open in Mission BC, both with NWBBFC Association. Brent loves to confuse the fans by being the only Canadian racer with the NWBBFC Association while driving a funny car named the "DAMN YANKEE". And when he really wants to confuse the spectators he switches the Mustang body out to his Fiat Topolino to race in other classes. We would like to thank Seaspan Ferries/Washington Group, Kal Tire Nanaimo South, Terminal Autobody, and all of our Canadian and American fans and spectators for their continued support. Stop by our pits and say "HI" but don't get too close..... or we just might put you to work!
1980 Datsun 280 ZX

Owner/Driver: Brett Lammers
Tuner: Devin Nickle
Hometown: Green Valley, AZ
FB: Terminus Racing
Sitting in the driver seat of his uncles’ B fuel dragster as a small child in the 60’s was the spark that ignited Bretts’ love of drag racing and he believes that that memory has propelled him his entire life. Growing up in Southern California with drag strips the likes of Pomona, Irwindale, Fontana and Orange county raceways virtually in his backyard, his love of cars, engines and racing was ever present, with a particular fondness for nostalgia drag racing. In 2017, Brett bought the 280 ZX Datsun Nostalgia Funny Car, known today as Terminus, and joined the BB/FC association in 2018 to race the Northwest circuit. He says his favorite thing about driving a funny car is the acceleration and with the help of his tuner Devin Nickle, he proved just that with a top e.t. of 6.54 seconds and a fast 214 MPH at Mission Raceway in Canada in the summer of ‘18.
